Villa del Sol Staff


Wendy hayden

Wendy is Villa del Sol’s onsite property manager. She is responsible for filling vacancies, processing lease applications, and overall smooth management of the building. She is on site 5 days a week, and her door is always open. You can reach her at whayden@perennialmgmt.com, or at 651-291-5350.
