Businesses/Agencies (no private parties)
Private businesses and governmental agencies $75/hour or $400/all day
(must provide name of company or department)

Nonprofits (must provide Tax ID)
Under $200,000 $50/hour or $300/all day
Above $200,000 $75/hour or $400/all day

Custodial fees
Events with food and drink (non-alcoholic drinks) $100
