Villa del Sol is a affordable housing complex and community space at the heart of District del Sol on St. Paul’s West Side. We are dedicated to providing quality housing and creating community through arts and cultural programming.
Villa del Sol has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments for rent. Our community space is also available as a meeting room and event space. Space is available on a sliding fee scale for nonprofits and community groups.
